B-day theme for daughters 8th - for both boys & girls!

I am planning an indoor b-day party (in January)for my 8 y/o daughter. She wants to invite boys and girls, but I'm having a hard time coming up with a theme that is interesting to both. She loves princessess, faries and girlie stuff. Any ideas would greatly appreciated!!!!
