you need to ask your parents just how much can u spend and start from there and what can you do to help 13 woow you donot have to spend alot of money to have a good time 1. what do u like to do pick 2 things have a time where boys and girls can come over and what time is good for the girls to leave so if you have you party at 3pm ask your parents is it ok if the girls to leave at 8pm give you alot of time to hung out donot forget to hung out with you mom and dad sometime to have fun
