I found Yu-Gi-Oh Party Gift Bags with enclosures on E-Bay under the seller "PAYATNA". You can purchase one, or a dozen. This seller has several auctions for them.
Also, my sister found a site called pinatas, and they make whatever pinata you want, and will give you a quote on the price.
