Wendy, My son had a football party last year. Although it was outside and they did play a game of football. Oriental trading has tabletop football games. They are small goal posts that you flip a football through with your fingers. They also have a blow up football player where you can throw the football in a basket. If you have the room you could also set up a small obstacle course. We gave out blow up footballs and football cards as favors. Let me know if you need any other ideas. Hope this helps.
