Use a white tablecloth and red/green plaid napkins with a gold thread in them. Run a wide red ribbon down the tables and sprinkle with gold confetti place 12 inch grean wreathes decorated with red and gold flat on the table and place a fat red pillar candle in the middle. for place cards, buy or make similar tiny wreathes and write the names on the ribbons. Glue a pinback on the back so that after dinner they can be used as nametags.
