I'm not sure what a "woolly worm festival" is but I just finished a back to school fund raiser fashion show which featured young ladies We called it "Rock the Runway". It was very upbeat and the kids loved it. If you think this theme would work for you I would be glad to give you more details. Just ask on this forum.
