Anything virtual may cost $$$$. One thought would be to have every employee write (or submit via email) their "holiday wish' on paper. Depending on how you go about this (via video conferencing or separate parties) You can use these at breaks or possibly display on the screen when if you broadcast live. How many locations? International? How much diversity in the group? If there are only two locations possibly you can have a live conference going on either via an office party of private/specialty venue. This will cost $$$ but I bet it will be great for everyone to say hi to one another via wire...either before dinner or after, or after a great speech your CEO/President give! Theme "Go The Distance"

Good luck!

Carole
