Hello Renee: Not sure if you have received any response yet but the first thing I thought about was dry ice in large brandy sniffers - it will smoke as if it's on fire and maybe put red food coloring in sauce plate under it. For colors, I would alternate a chili pepper red and soft icy blue color linens (i.e. maybe red table cloths with icy blue chair bows and napkins.) Check with a local bartender for speciality drinks that look or put off a smoke type effect like the dry ice. Food wise I'd go with alot of spicy food (fire) and have lots of ice cream (icy) for dessert. Appetizers would be something color related for setting the mood. Good luck and e-mail if this works!
