Every year we have a large company picnic - this year our theme is 'Got Games?' based on athletic, casino, and board games. We are doing a human monopoly game with properties based on our work environment, and using a dunk tank as 'jail'!

My problem is encouraging participation from the employees, I need to get them excited about the event! Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?

Also, I'm working on a e-mail to everyone but need help with the wording, any thoughts on this?
