I need ideas to celebrate the very successful implementation and conclusion of an 18-month project. The challenge -- everyone cannot come together in one location. This will involve employees in multiple offices in the United States and the U.K. Some ideas are to find a convenient time for the celebrations to be held simultaneously and be linked by videoconference; schedule separate celebrations but open each celebration with a scripted videotape produced specifically for this group; or plan small, individual celebrations. Dose anyone have ideas on putting together an event like this? How about an overall theme? Your help would be appreciated!!
