ok so what you want to do is first talk to who ever is having the birthday and and ask him\her what kind of theme they want. some ideas are night club theme with lots of lights and glow in the dark stuff, blow up chairs, neon straws and cups (you can find at a local party store or magazine). just a lot of stuff you think would be in a night club. Theres also a theme i really like it is called "Crash Scene" and it the theme of a police chase. Put up caution tape as a simple decoration, us a smoke machine to get the feeling of a car crash. At my birthday i made a half of a car that was made out of cardboard and made it look like it had run into the wall Make invitations look like the wall of a jail cell with caution tape over th sides. some of the ideas for enter tainment are of course dancing but if you feel like that might be a little over aged make it sort of a game-kareoke- board game fun. Some games are the classic spin the bottle But much easier for parents to even think about. It's a lot like truth or dare but the person that spins the bottle and the person the bottle lands on have to play paper- rock- scissors or flip a coin to who has the truth and who has the dare then you can go from there. Another is the sucker\gummy O's game. Eack person gets a sucker and you line up in lines(preferably two but it can be more) and have all the players put the suckers in their mouth and a person stand at the end of each row and puts a gummy O on the first persons stick and they have to pass it down the row without using their hands and the row that gets to the ned first win what ever you want to give them. hope i helped you i think it will good luck!
