Hi, my birthday is the 25th, but I can't celebrate then so sometime in the next 10 days I'd like to do something for my 21st. However, there are significant problems, all my friends who are going to be in town are 2 to 9 weeks younger, working weekdays, and we're all pretty much broke from Christmas shopping. Additionally, all the clubs in the area worth going to are 21+ for New Years Eve weekend so they can't get in and we're all in school the rest of the year so we don't have our own homes/apartments that we can just chill at.
Personally, I have no ideas that can accomodate broke and under-age, so any ideas would be much appreciated.
