Well i can see u r going through some party trouble i have already turned 13 and had a great party.I had asked my parents if i could have a party they said sure so first i had to find a place to have the party at ask a friend or family memeber that has a big back yard or house.THen find a chep DJ to DJ at your party to find one in your area just serch dj's in (your city here)then ask your friend or friends to help u plan what food u r going to have and the decorations.Then all u need is a great outfit.Go out and but a princess crown to were thats what i did.
