Unfortunately your situation is more common than you might even imagine. This is the one issue I've heard all our clients discuss and get aggravated over. You sent this lovely invitation, the response envelope has a stamp on it - it takes all of a few seconds to write a yes or no with a message. So what is the problem?
All you can really do is pick up the phone and ask the guest if they received the invite and are they coming? And there is no guarantee there either. No shows are awful - it's like throwing your money down the toilet -
Know that you are not alone. This is an experience we've all shared. Focus on the important stuff and 'don't sweat the small stuff'
