What a fun theme!!! The first thing that comes to mind are those 45's. Remember those records. They would be fun to glue around a square 8" box, fill with shred, add some music notes and top with some fun balloons.I would stick to a black, silver and red color theme for a masculine look.
Another funky option is to take black and white saddle shoes and add balloon to them for buffet centerpieces.
Place cards could be fun too. Make tickets, with a picture of a clock and the saying "Rock Around the Clock at......Bar Mitzvah. Each table has a clock face pointed to a number - the number of your table.
Party Favors: CD Cases, Clocks, Imprinted apparel with the slogan.
