Party for Child with Few Friends

My daughter has ADHD. Like many kids in her situation, she is a few years behind on the matirity scale and has social skills problems. As a result, she has very few friends (for example, only one girl in her entire Hebrew School class). I'm having trouble trying to plan a party after a Sat. evening Bat Mitzvah. We also have a very small family, so it will be a small affair generally. The problem is that my daughter of course wants the whole nine yards, DJ, activities, etc.(she is very outgoing and loves people, despite her lack of success in relationships!), but I don't see how we can pull this off with such a small number of kids. My son's party 6 years ago included only about 18 kids, because he was rather shy and not a party animal, but that was enough for a decent party. I can't imagine my daughter coming up with more than 10 or 12, and even that is optimistic. One alternative is just to invite everyone in her Hebrew School class and everyone in her private school class and hope that enough come just because they want to party, even if they don't care for my child, but this seems so cynical and manipulative, and of course, rather pathetic...I would love to hear from anyone else who is planning a Bar or Bat Mitzvah for a child in similar circumstances (and I know there are plenty out there!), even if just to commiserate, and also would love to hear anyone's ideas about how to proceed.
