Check your local art supply store (not like Michael's, but one that specializes in artist equipment.) They usually carry foamcore in a 40" x 60" size that is perfect for a sign-in board. One good favour for your theme would be chocolate bars with labels personalized for your daughter. You can make them on the computer and add a scanned picture of the BM girl.
