My family spent more money than we originally planned on for my party at this kid's party place. I need a cheap+simple theme for decorations+seating. I was thinking about magical creatures or fairies(not like gay people- you know the tiny guys with wings?)or at least something to a magical(NOT MAGICIAN STUFF I HATE THAT!) effect. Any ideas?
