Just relax and enjoy. If you are not Jewish, the service might not be too meaningful for you, but you will be able to see your friend go through a "right of passage" so to speak, that she has prepared long and hard for.
You will eat what ever is served. Usually there are different foods for kids than what the adults are eating.....sometimes not. Most receptions will have designated tables just for the kids and there may be name cards indicating at what table you are at......maybe not.
You will dance if and when you want to.
All receptions are different depending on what the family wanted to do.
I am sure you will have fun. You should wear something nice, as if you were getting dressed for a special occasion.....which you certainly are!
So, relax and enjoy this special day that you are sharing with your friend.
