You won't have any problem. There is bound to be lots of others who are not Jewish either. The ceremony in the Temple is much like a regular church service. There will be a prayerbook, times to stand, times to read, etc. The Bar Mitzvah girl will read and help with the service. She usually will give a short speech/talk either personal or about the Torah portion. You'll have no problem. The reception may be like a wedding reception. Might have a band/DJ with dancing etc. Either a buffet or sit-down meal. Write me for more if you want.
