Our family has been invited to a Bat Mitzvah celebration for the daughter of a co-worker of my husband. We are Christian and unfamiliar with the details of this celebration. I understand that it is a celebration of the coming of age of the young person for whom the ceremony is for, however, I would appreciate a few details as to what to expect so we will behave appropriately and not stick out like sore thumbs. Would someone please help me?
