I need some ideas. We will be having my son's Bar Mitzvah on a Saturday afternoon at our conservative temple. We are not allowed to light candles. Any altervative ideas for a candlelighting? Plus no sign-in books or boards. Also, if you want to provide personalized kapots, when do you give those out? We have a huge temple, impossible to just hand to arriving Bar Mitzvah guests. Would appreciapte other ideas for an orthodox/conservative reception. Please feel free to contact me direct. Thanks.
