The smash cake is a large hollow piece of chocolate in the shape of whatever you want it to be. So, you basically need to find a candy/chocolate maker. It is called a smash cake (and it has nothing to do with a cake) because after blowing out all the candles, the bat/bar mitzvah child smashes it with a mallet and all the friends come up for a piece.
I've seen a large mold of a telephone and a cake too,it's alot of fun.
