Do you have a draw program and/or a color ink jet printer?
I think that Hewlit Packard makes t-shirt transfer paper. Anyway, you can get the transfer paper at just about any office supply store, Staples, Office Depot, Office Man, Sam's Club, etc.
It's a no brainer to copy some clip art and print it on the paper (in reverse) and the iron transfer it to the boxers.
If you don't have a colore printer try Kinko's.
