I guess things are differently up her in Toronto. One is expected to feed their workers, be they DJs, photographers, videographers, etc. In any job, by law, you must be given a meal break if you are working over 4 hours. The caterer automatically provides the same main course as the guests have been given. I wouldn't have it done any other way.
