last minute help-FAVORS ON THE TABLE

I have a few questions but will do them separately by topic.
My daughter's favors will be squeeze breeze water fan bottles (When i have more time i'll tell you the nightmare of getting them personalized!). They are in a plastic case packaging with batteries & fan not assembled. My daughter wants to put them out on the tables & use name labels on favor bags as seating cards. My daughter says her friends are well behaved & will not cause trouble with the favors. I know her friends are generally good but am afraid that they will fill their water bottles in the bathrooms and squirt each other with them. Should we give the favors out at the end of the party (how would i accomplish this anyway?) or put them on the tables? Please help??
