I would also do a follow-up letter or postcard(saves postage) to the kids especially going over the specifics with an e-mail address for questions. If you give your phone, you'll go nuts. Of course , factor in a 10 % no show, the last minute illness and those who are rude and won't let you know they aren't coming.Both gentile and Jew alike!!!! With the out of towners all info should be sent in the original invite. and again give contact options... I communicted witha distant cousin by e-mail and it was great....
