The best advice I can give you is short and sweet. Having each table come up and return to their seats is going to be a lengthy process. If you are planning to do this, inform your caterer so he/she can plan accordingly. Lengthy candle lighting ceremonies are, to say it bluntly,boring. One way of cutting down your time is to just have the particular table stand and be acknowledged. The intention is well meaning but please consider just how long it is all going to take.
