Here are some fun ideas: contact your city's tourist bureau. You can get some wonderful FREE maps, brochures about your city. Put in a magazine that is local and might have restaurant listings, theatre etc... Coloring books or fun small toys for your little guests are a special treat. And additional info, directions to the event, etc... are always welcome.
