I saw this theme at a Bat Mitzvah last year. Everything was done in soft pastels,(mostly shades of lavendar with a silvery shimmer), and lots of guazy ribbons everywhere...very dreamy and feminine looking. The place cards said "I wish for..." on the front of the card (on the tail of a shooting star), above the guest's name, and inside was the name of the table. Each table was named after a wish the girl had (ie: I wish to become an actress, I wish for world peace, etc.) Her montage started with the song "When you Wish upon a Star". It was all very charming and whimsical! Good luck!
