Maybe you could cut the whole invite out in the shape of a pineapple or a tropical flower, or get decorations in Hawiian shapes you can stick on a plain card.

Anothe possibility is to get a bunch of whole coconuts with the husk on and write the invite in sharpie pens . The post office will mail them like that.
