That's close enough to dinner time, that you should at least conseder dinner or heavy hors d'oeuvres. This time of year, BBQ would be fine. In fact, you could make a whole chuckwaggon theme, but if you are looking for more elegant, quiche with fruit salad and mini coissants would be nice.
