Butterfinger = Checking to see if she's dialated
Crunch = contraction
Uno = ultrasound
Milky Way = Breastfeeding
Rocky Road = 1st trimester
Pay Day = Delivery
100 Grand = Doctor's bill
Hershey = it's a girl!
Baby Ruth = baby girl
O Henry = baby boy
I'll keep thinking, and post any more that I remember.
