I'm making the napkin diaper mint /nut holder for my daughter's baby shower. A friend showed me one that was stiff..The one that looked the neatest, but we don't know what it was dipped in. Then she tried one with fabric stiffener, but it looked awful. Can you dip paper napkins in wax?
