I have a sample from a shower many years ago but have never made one myself. I'm considering doing so in the next few weeks for my sister-n-laws baby shower. The one I have is made from a triangle piece of light yellow flannel material. The material was dipped in wax and then a large decorative diaper pin was added to hold the folder diaper. I don't know if I fold and then dip into the wax or dip and then fold. The diaper pin has no trace of wax so it had to be added later. I'll let you know if I'm successful
