There are lots of books of "canned" speaches, where you pretty much fill in the blanks with their names and dates. Your public library probably has several. The problem is, they sound canned when you give them. Just make up your own, talking about why they are such great parents, maybe a story about their romance and other personal details. It may not come off as polished as one by a speach writer, but it will be more appreciated, both by your parents and your guests.
