There is no set order of activities. Do what makes sense to you. One thing that seems to me to be a starter is to welcome everyone and thank them for coming. You can do a prayer and a toast at that time, or wait until later. I like to have the host tell a little story of how the honored couple firt met and/or got married, and them open it up for anyone else that has remarks or presentations to make. You can have a very structured program, or just spend the time chatting and sharing memories.
