This is a classic case of ASK THEM IF THEY WANT THIS. They may not want to celebrate this marriage at all. Then you can ask them what they want to do. If you must surprise them, keep it low key. The music you suggest sounds fun. Maybe you could organize that into a sing-along and make up some song sheets.
