If the celebration is going to be at someones home the key is to decorate with your parents favorite colors and gold. If you have siblings that can help with expenses. If not, you can do alot with a little. Place mats, napkins, cups etc. are not that expensive. Baloons are always nice to decorate with and most baloon places will fill them for you. Start pricing everything and let your siblings know how much each needs to contribute. If they can set aside $1 per day toward it.
