Thanks for the idea. I did end up getting red ballons, and... I also got these heart napkins as part of a centerpiece. i am putting miniature silver champagne glasses with a small red votive candle. As well I am going to put sliver and red hershey's kisses along the tables. So everyone will have a sweet memory.
