If the party is soon, you can use garden flowers for centerpieces. Put them in mason jars wrapped with red (ruby) tissue paper.

Get a bolt of wide red ribbon. Run a strip down the center of each table amd put a bow at each end. Make some bows to put under the windows, or as curtain tie-backs, on the podium, and on the entry doors.

Get the food from the deli and atractively arrange on silver or glass plates. If neither you nor the church have som, get plastic ones from Michaels or a party supply store.
