Is it propper for the honored couple to put on the celebration? My sister, brother and I gave our parents a 25th celebration and now at their 40th they want to renew their vows. All three of us are somewhat tight with funds right now. Cost cutting help is appreciated. Help fast!! They want to do this the weekend after Thanksgiving when most of the family is in. Their anniversary is Dec. 24th
