I am doing the same for this weekend and have made a few speeches recently as best man in two weddings. There are many sites around that give examples. I search on google "anniversary toast speech" etc. I print out several of them then put together an outline. The key for me is to then go over it about a hundred times, or until I get comfortable with it. My fiance is very patient in letting me practice on her. Good luck!

Jim
