Hello Please be aware that it will take until just about the day of your event to receive the congrats from the white house. I received mine just a couple of days before. Here is the information you need to include in your request. Receipients name, address, date of anniversary, what it is for, requesters information, where you want it sent to date of event any and all other information you can think of and what you are requesting.
