It does not have to be fancy, even something like, "Congradulations, and here's to the next 50" would do the job,but something from the heart is always better than some canned speech. Commonly, you might tell how they met, how they were special parents to you and what you think kept them together all those years. Then tell them you love them and hope they enjoy their special day. If you just can't pull it together, your public library has lots of books of speeches and you might find one you like enough to copy.
