I saw a Paris mural in the Paperworld catalog. If you can't find one, paint one on wide butcher paper. Work a souvenier Eiffle tower into your centerpiece. Get a confetti that has Eiffel towers in it, or maybe a martigra confetti to sprinkle down the table.
