I live 1000 miles away from the party site. I have a catering and music lined up. I need to decide on color scheme and decorations. I want to make as elegant and possible for an outdoor event. I need centerpiece idea that will be easily made when I get up there(via plane) and any special ideas to make the day a success and memorible. Thanks
