I wrote a letter to our congressman and gave them the information.. parents name, date of anniversary, where they were married, my name, phone #, address..ect. He sent an American flag that was flown over the state capitol and two beautiful certificates. Both of my parents cried. A few days later, my parents got a personal letter from our congressman. The congressman said that they would also send a certificate from the President. We got it, but I don't know if it was the Congressman or not, because I also sent a letter to the White House and faxed them twice. I emailed the Governor. Just typed in Texas Governor and typed in the information. We got that too. We displayed all the certificates, the letter, and the flag at their party. I found gold frames at M J Designs and the dollar store. The display was beautiful. Good luck to you!! If you search further down in the posts, you'll find the ingredients for the LOVE KIT.
