Dani, one of the best sites on the web for good recipes is allrecipes. The nice thing is that each recipe is rated and has reviews on how folks liked it. It's super easy to use and I'm sure you could find some delicious, easy-to-make recipes. One of my favorites for parties is Amazing Crab Shells - Jumbo pasta shells filled with a seasoned cream cheese and tiny shrimp filling. Good luck!
