Hello! I am putting on a 40th Anniversary party for friends. There will be around 100 people. We will be having it in a community hall that has a top floor for dancing (with a stage and a high ceiling) and a bottom floor with a kitchen and an eating area with 3 pillars in the middle and banquet tables which will need to be covered. I am dealing with limited funds, so I would like suggestions on decorating. The traditional "gift theme" for 40 years is ruby, so I would like to do ruby and silver for the colors. Any suggestions for inexpensive but tasteful decorating????
